An area where he thinks this approach is desperately needed is recruiting.

Thanks to a good, old high-school friendship and joint experience in other businesses Zsolt and Peter have been working together a lot for the last 15 years.
Zsolt has built his career around the shared services industry and besides web and software development since he was 18. He worked for T-Online (Deutsche Telecom), Getronics (KPN) and in the past 5 years BT Global Services in their European shared service centers which gave him an extensive knowledge and experience from operations management, through outsourcing projects to employer branding and a lot more.
When Peter started the SSC Heroes portal, Zsolt was continuously helping as an external consultant with ideas, information about the sector and some really useful everyday experience.
As the concept evolved over the last few years, GWS Hub was established and the business model became clear; in the meanwhile Peter managed to acquire the financial investment to go to the market, Zsolt gained a lot of experience about recruitment and employer branding so everything came together to do something truly remarkable.
